The Function of Control in Maintaining Stability of Security Systems in Multiethnic Societies, Particular Accent to Bosnia and Herzegovina

Abstract

In the text we analyze the function of control in the domain of procedure of state authorities, seeking the position for achieving control in the security systems in multiethnic societies. By describing various forms of control (external and internal control) and means of control (formal and informal means of control) we mark the way (methods and means) in which we can and need to effectuate the function of control in security systems, so that they would act in a desirable, legal, frames and represent a guaranty of survival of the state, society and the realization of human rights and freedoms of every individual.
