Abstract
Corruption is universal social phenomenon which directly causes decrease in political and economical power of each society, and prevention of it represents one of the leading chalenges of contemporary democratic changes. Considering increasing presence of corruption in political and social life, dominant public perception is that society cannot function without it. Corruption appears as normal and acceptible social practice. These types of criminal acts are difficult to discover and complicated for investigation thanks to the support from bureaucracy, tehnocracy and plutocracy of given society.
