Abstract
Economic globalization causes economic and political transitions in ex communist countries and for secondary effects have globalization of poverty, organized crime, migrations and their fusions through illegal migrations. Sudden poverty in transition countries and restrictive visa regime in rich countries cause impossibility of existence and legal migrations. This phenomena cause development of intermediary activity of organized crime known as smuggling of migrants. The paper deals with basic etiology and phenomenology characteristic smuggling of migrants and consequences of this problem on physics, intellectual and economies security of migrants and their families.
