Structure and Functioning of Systems of Security Commanding and Managing

Abstract

If we respect this, than we can see that security systems commanding and managing and its structure and functioning should be looked as dialectic unity, having in mind that in every democratic society whole set of bodies plays this role, and these bodies have their hierarchy. Flow of irformation and activities among them goes horisontaly and verticaly and diagonal with direct links and feedback.

A commanding and managing security system, needs interrelated and inter-dependant activities, which are result of social determinations and which are established by conceptual, doctrine and strategic aspect regarding establishing and functioning of this system in the state that we observe.

That means that systems of security structure and fuctioning is an important precondition of its functioning tn order to protect general values of society tn every democratic country.
