Abstract

The modem world is pursuing contemporary forms of security of its citizens. As one of the form of menace of security are crises sitation that are occuring with acts of terrorism. The one of the main goals of terrorism is minored to pilitical and other goals which would lead to profiling direct political goal. The base of efficient managing in crisis situation that occurred by terrorism is in more numbers of principals that could be used before, in and after any kind of extreme situation. The final goal is prevention of extreme situations, and also succsecesfull prevention of beginning stages, so it wouldn’t become crisis situation witch can overcome into teroristic act. Efficient managing of this kind of situation is more then lucke and reflex. Although crisis demands undercover and defensive work of the police force, eficient managing in crisis situation, also includes the measures qf anticipation so it could be part of coordinated and condoled response at some extreme situation.

Eficients managers of crisis situation operate with “triple time fazes”. While in some extreme situation they evaluate actions that are already undertaken and then they plan next moves and actions. So, this specific problem can be solved only in joint and coordinated work of all rellated law enforcment organs of the state, and that demands good state organization and good specialists.
