International Convections as a Source of Law in a Fight Against International Terrorism (Part I)

Abstract

International conventions represents most important source of international law in area of fight againts international terrorism. Author analize twelve international conventions which creates treats questions of kidnaping, hostige situations and use of explosives in terroristics acts. Human rights conventiones can't be forgoten in fight against terrorism, author ephassis.
