Abstract

Article focuses on a serious problem of the disunited security space in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the cause of which could be found in internal, undefined administrative structure. Author emphasizes that systematic dissolution of the BH society has started before the end of former Yugoslavia, and intensively continued during the war of aggression. However, systemic dissolution of the BH society has been continued after the war, only by other means. Recommendations for functional solutions which would stop the process of denial BH state, author views in the triangle of: to be able to, to know how to, to want to.
